Each year on November 1, families celebrate the Mexican festival of remembrance by paying respects to the memories of their loved ones. Ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month, #Barbie is proud to introduce the 2022 #DiaDeMuertos Barbie & Ken dolls, designed by Benito Santos, a Mexican Fashion Designer.
POLLO LOCO
Pollo Loco, a brand founded in Sinaloa, has Mexican and Hispanic cuisine by highlighting its roots.
On September 13, the restaurant held an event at LA Plaza Cocina, a museum dedicated to showcasing the History of Mexican food and founded on the principle that Mexican culture is so much #MoreThanTacos. Guests dined on a menu prepared by renowned Chef Gilberto Cetina and spirits provided by Tequila Bribón and Gracias a Dios Mezcal.
